Janet Webster is the creator and owner of WebStar HR, which is an international human resource and organisational development consultancy.

This website has been created to support the clients Janet works with, mainly in the UK and South East Asia.

WebStar helps clients to manage change and improve their organisation’s performance.

Many use the Investors in People Standard as a framework to facilitate change and helping clients to work with the Standard is one of WebStar’s consulting services.

Janet has also designed and delivered management development programmes and works with organisations and teams across the world as a facilitator and individual and business coach.

Webstar can also develop elearning and blended learning programmes for organisations, from short induction programmes to a whole suite of customised learning and development including management and leadership programmes.
